RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Label S4U, we prioritise customer satisfaction and craft and quality-check every piece before dispatch. To make your shopping experience seamless, we have outlined our Exchange Policy below. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Does Label S4U offer exchanges?
Yes. Label S4U offers size and product exchanges, subject to the policy and conditions below. We do not offer returns.
2. What is the exchange window?
You can raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product meets all eligibility criteria. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted. Total turnaround is approximately 10–12 working days from pickup.

How to request an exchange

  1. Visit label-s4u.ecoreturns.ai and open the ‘Return & Exchange Request’ tab.
  2. Enter your order ID and registered email/phone to fetch your order.
  3. Select the item to exchange and the reason.
  4. Choose your replacement — a different size or style. If higher value, pay the difference at checkout; if lower, the difference is issued as store credit.
  5. Pay the ₹250 reverse pickup fee online (non-refundable).
  6. Our courier collects the product within 2–3 working days.
  7. Once received and QC-cleared, your replacement is shipped directly to you.
Eligibility & Conditions
3. What condition should the product be in?
To be eligible, the product must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Returned in original packaging
  • With all original tags intact
Products that fail Quality Check (QC) will be sent back to the customer at their own expense; we will share our QC findings and photos before doing so.
4(A). How many exchanges are allowed per order?
Only one exchange is allowed per order. Second exchanges are not permitted.
4(B). Are products purchased from other marketplaces like Nykaa eligible?
To ensure a smooth and fair process, exchanges are accepted only for purchases made directly from our store or website. Products bought from other marketplaces like Nykaa are not eligible for exchange with us.
Exchange Charges
5. Is there any pickup charge?
Yes, a ₹250 reverse pickup charge applies to all exchanges. This charge is non-refundable. If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
Store Credit Policy
6. When is store credit issued?
Most exchanges ship a replacement directly to you. Store credit is issued instead only in these cases: your requested replacement is unavailable, an approved cancellation, or a prepaid RTO order. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further exchange.
7. How is store credit calculated?
Store Credit = actual amount paid, less any applicable ₹250 reverse-pickup or courier charges.
8. Are shipping or COD charges refundable?
The following charges are non-refundable:
  • Forward shipping charges
  • COD charges
  • Express delivery charges
9. Is store credit calculated on MRP or the discounted price?
  • Store credit is calculated on the actual amount paid
  • Discounted prices, coupons, and prepaid offers are final
  • MRP or original price is not considered
10. Store credit validity
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • It cannot be extended, transferred, or encashed
Product Availability
11. What if my requested size or product is unavailable?
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued (valid 6 months), allowing you to choose another product.
Sale & Discounted Items
12. Are sale or discounted items eligible?
No. The following are not eligible for exchange:
  • Sale items
  • Discounted products
  • Coupon-based purchases
Prepaid RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
13. What happens if my prepaid order is marked as RTO?
  • You may request a re-attempted delivery (additional courier charges apply)
  • If undelivered after the second attempt, store credit will be issued
14. Store credit for prepaid RTO orders
  • Store credit is issued after deducting applicable courier charges
  • Validity is 6 months from the date of issue
Damaged or Wrong Product
15. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We’re here to help.
  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images and a continuous opening video of the parcel, with the damage clearly visible (mandatory)
  • Share a photo of the original product tag
Once verified, a replacement or store credit will be processed (no reverse-pickup fee applies). Processing time: 7–14 business days after we receive the product.
International Orders
16. Are international orders eligible?
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
Cancellation Policy
17. Can I cancel my order?
  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Approved cancellations are processed as store credit only (valid 6 months from issue)
