RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1) Do  you have Return/Exchange for a Product?

We do have EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order. Exchange are available when informed with 48 hours of delivery with a proper and clear opening video, in case of any damage.WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RETURN POLICY.

Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Customized/Altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2) What is the Refund policy of LabelS4U?
We don't provide any Refund, In case of damage you can change the design or  get store credit with a clear opening video

The  store credit will be sent via  email, in a voucher code format on your registered email ID. You can utilize the same during check out by copying the code and applying it in the box that says “use discount code or gift voucher”. If you face any issue while applying the same, please email us on support@labels4u.com.

3) Do we have reverse pickup facility for exchange of product?
Yes,We do have a reverse pickup facility. You can raise a request for it to be collected by us for a fee of INR 200. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has been made.

4) Is there are Express Delivery?
Yes, we do have Express Delivery. Kindly reach us at (+91 7861020964) to check product availability.

5) Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order.

1. Information given by the Consumer
The Consumer may be required to give us information (including sensitive personal information) about the Consumer when creating or using an account on a SBPL Website, or when corresponding with SBPL by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include but not limited to your name, photograph, postal address, e-mail address and phone number, details of any identification or address proof, or any other information required by SBPL to provide the Goods and protect against any illegal activities. We may also require additional information about a Consumer in compliance of or as required under Applicable Laws.

6) My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please write us a mail at (support@label-s4u.com) for exchange of size. A minimum courier fee of Rs 200 is chargeable.

7) Why my exchange is not accepted?
Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.

8) Can I return the product which is purchase from sale section?
Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

9) Do we have Refund Policy?
No, We don't have refund policy, Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
